In order to best support and engage individual students, instructors must encourage skills in organization, fundamentals mastery, and creativity. Teaching each student as a whole, rounded person means giving students vital attention to their three primary success tools: accountability, confidence in their learning abilities through fundamental subject mastery, and encouragement of their innate creative potential.
